Different downstream requirements for MMA
PMMA\Pouring Plates
High purity (≥99.9%), low colour (APHA value ≤
10), low moisture content (≤100ppm), acidity (≤15ppm).
Polymerisation inhibitor requirements (Topanol-A) are usually around 10ppm, but also below 5ppm in Europe.
ACR、MBS、MS Polymer
Purity ≥99.7%. Polymerisation inhibitor: low (10-30ppm), rapid initiation of polymerisation is required for auxiliary production
Paint/Glue/Floor Paint/Emulsion
There are no special requirements, generally all factory's are acceptable. Polymerisation inhibitors topanol A and MEHQ are both acceptable.
